Recent Performance Problems

Our apologies to all Tidymail users for the poor service over the past couple of days. Some recent changes designed to help improve things for users with catchall accounts had some unfortunate performance penalties.

The coding changes to avoid this were put in place last night, but it took until lunchtime today for the required cleanup to bring the system back to full speed. We are glad to report that following these changes the system seems to be performing as it should.

Any ongoing performance issues should be reported to the Helpdesk via email or Web Form
